HOW TO MEASURE YOUR LEGS
Measure your legs while standing straight. Do not tighten the measuring tape.
Measure BELOW THE KNEE circumference 7cm/2.5inch below your knee centre.
Measure LOWER THIGH circumference 10cm/3.9inch above your knee centre.
Measure UPPER THIGH circumference 21cm/8.3inch above your knee centre.
Your knee pads should have a snug fit. They should be on the tighter side - however,
you should not feel any discomfort.
