• Absent at the time of delivery:  a note will be left at the address to pick up the item at your post office.  Your local post office has a time frame for holding the item for you, after that the item will be returned to Orchid Falcon.

• Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise.

• We pack all orders as soon as possible after they have entered our system. Usually at the latest the next working day.

• Due to the COVID-19 pandemic there are significant delays to a number of countries right now due to a lack of available transport links and suspension of certain country’s postal operations. Delays experienced by shipping couriers, customs holds, holidays & other external third parties are outside of our control.

Please note delivery estimates are subject to your location and couriers might extend the delivery window if your location is classified as "remote". • Orchid Falcon wishes to remind all customers this charge covers transport only and will not include any extra import liabilities imposed by their local Government. Please understand when a customer confirms an order they accept full responsibility for any Customs Charges incurred and are considered to be importing goods into that country. Orchid Falcon takes no responsibility for this part of the process and reminds all customers of their legal duty as the importer of all taxes, duties and charges from their local Government. Orchid Falcon is unable to advise or have any control over, customs charges. Customers are advised to check with their local customs office before making a payment online. It is the understanding of Orchid Falcon that such charges require payment upon delivery of the order. Under no circumstance will Orchid Falcon accept returns due to an objection with the customs charges. Orders cannot be returned to the sender.
